Universal Studios Singapore Itinerary

We have compiled a recommended Universal Studios Singapore itinerary for you to guide you through the park in an easy manner.

In total, Universal Studios Singapore features 6 separate theme-based zones.

Hollywood, New York, Sci-Fi City, Egypt, The Lost World, and Far Far Away are the names of these zones.

There are multiple rides and shows across these zones for tourists to enjoy.

The theme park occupies a total area of 20 hectares. This alone can provide a general estimate of the park’s size.

Now, trying all 28 rides in a single day is not feasible.

Therefore, it is best to decide based on your interests in advance so that you don’t skip any of the rides you’re interested in.

Start with Hollywood

Start your Universal Studios Singapore itinerary with the Hollywood zone. The park’s main entrance is located here.

The lights and colors on the Hollywood Walk of Fame give you the impression that you have instantly entered the fantastical realm of cinema.

A theatre in Broadway style is the attraction in this area.

This area, a recreation of Hollywood Boulevard, is surrounded by unusual, vibrant buildings and palm trees.

You can see the Sesame Street Gang perform a musical stage production at the Sesame Street Show.

This is one of the best places to snap a ton of photos is the Hollywood district, along with New York.

Move on to New York

This area is a recreation of New York City and includes many famous structures that are frequently seen in motion pictures.

These include the city skyline, stunning structures, neon lights, facades, and sidewalks.

Elmo, Big Bird, Abby, Bert, Ernie, Grover, Cookie Monster, and Oscar the Grouch will all make special appearances.

One of the best rides for young children and toddlers is the Sesame Street Spaghetti Space Chase, which is located in New York.

The roller coaster transports you through the dimly lit passageway featuring characters from Sesame Street.

It is a must-try ride that the whole family will appreciate.

A must-see: Lights, Camera, Action! Hosted by Steven Spielberg

A marvelous show that uses special effects to walk you through the hurricane in New York City.

The program just lasts a few minutes, but the impact it has is very strong.

Visit Sci-Fi City

Next up in your Universal Studios Singapore itinerary is the Sci-Fi city. This theme portrays a future world with contemporary conveniences, as the name would imply.

You can see recognizable transformer vehicles and machines here.

Battlestar Galactica: Human & Cyclon, the tallest pair of dueling roller coasters in the world and one of the scariest, are both located at Sci-Fi City.

Of course, a toddler is not permitted here.

In addition to this, Sci-fi includes Accelerator, a ride that spins you around.

This journey is enjoyable and you could take your young child along.

Admire Ancient Egypt

This area welcomes you with larger-than-life monuments, such as pyramids, powerful pillars, and magical creatures.

It is based on the architecture and design of the golden age of ancient Egypt.

The zone has a very secluded and mystical atmosphere.

Two rides are available in Ancient Egypt, including Revenge of the Mummy.

A swift dark ride constructed inside a dimly lit building, with quick turns and fast backward sections.

Unfortunately, young children are not permitted to ride this attraction.

The Treasure Hunters is the second ride; it’s a leisurely automobile journey around an Egyptian archaeological site.

The ride cars are designed to resemble classic jeeps.

Discover The Lost World

Jurassic Park and Water World are the two sections that make up The Lost World.

It goes without saying that Jurassic Park is based on the successful Steven Spielberg film franchise, and from the moment you enter, you can see enormous dinosaurs everywhere.

The Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure, a water ride that travels through the Jurassic Park grounds, which is home to various animatronic dinosaurs, is one of three rides available at the Lost World.

The other two rides are Canopy Flyer and Dino-Soaring.

A must-see: Waterworld

The movie Waterworld served as the inspiration for Waterworld.

It takes place on a stage that is submerged in a sizable body of water and incorporates a live-action performance that includes stunts and fireworks.

There are many show times in a day, make sure to watch this presentation.

Reach Far Far Away

The popular DreamWorks animated film Shrek, which portrayed the lives of the characters from fairy tales, served as the basis for this topic.

The zone includes numerous locales from the film series, with the beautiful “Far Far Away Castle,” which houses the 4D theatre, serving as the zone’s focal point.

In addition to the restaurants and food carts, the far far away theme park provides three rides. This zone marks the end of your visit in the Universal Studios Singapore itinerary.

A must-see: Shrek 4-D Adventure

You must watch Shrek 4-D Adventure, a 4D cinematic experience that chronicles Shrek’s exploits and his mission to save queen Fiona.

We advise you to dedicate at least one day to your Universal Singapore visit. It takes around 5.5 hours to explore the park completely.

That time, along with travel, dining and other preparations, means it will take one day to enjoy Universal Studios Singapore, so set that much aside in the itinerary.

Sentosa Island is filled with fascinating and exciting attractions and Universal Singapore is only one.
